Shredded Pork
Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Shoulder
  • kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Preferred seasonings (I like creole and seasoned salt)

Directions:
Season or rub your pork shoulder and put in crock pot with salt and wet ingredients poured over top. Cook on high 8 to 10 hours and shred with two forks or with a beater on low.
Perfect for sammies, sliders, or even pork nachos!

Shredded Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt

Directions:
Cook on high in crock pot 4 1/2 – 5 hours, shred chicken with forks or a beater on low, serve.

Shredded Beef
Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
  • desired seasonings
    Directions:
    Cook on low 6-8 hours, shred, enjoy!
    Great for tacos, sandwiches, sliders, or nachos!
